How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is £2.95. Delivery is free on all orders over £30.00.

How long does delivery take?

We aim to ship all orders within 5 business days. Orders are despatched using Royal Mail. During busy seasons, we use other couriers in order to keep up with demand. Orders are delivered within 1-4 business days after dispatch.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment, hopefully in the near future. 

I have not received my order?

We are very sorry if this has happened. If your order has not arrived after 10 days of dispatch, please contact us at info@bathnfizz.com 

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we are happy to accept returns as long as the order is complete and in the original packaging. We are unable to accept returns on items that have been used or opened. 

How do I return an order?

Please email us with your order number and reason for return of order at info@bathnfizz.com

My item has arrived damaged?

We are very sorry that this has happened. Please email us a photo of the damage at info@bathnfizz.com so that we can send a replacement or a refund. 

Are your products cruelty free?

None of our products are tested on animals.

Have your products been CPSR assessed?
